Shipping for orders equal to or greater than € 69.00 is free throughout the Italian national territory. For orders of less than € 69.00 the cost of shipping, throughout the Italian national territory, is € 6.90.
In case of cash on delivery, € 6.00 will be added to the shipment for the cost of the service offered.
Orders are sent by vascocaffe.it, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Shipments will be made by transporters defined by Vascocaffe.it.
The delivery time, purely indicative, is about 2/3 working days from the date of the order, the same may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays and on holidays so they are performed the next working day.
When confirming your order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as you cannot return purchases to a new address once they have left.
Before being able to send your order, it may be necessary to check the details of your credit card with the issuer of the same. In this case, we will do our best to limit the shipping delay.
Our delivery times start from the moment the order is accepted and includes the 24-hour period, in which your order is prepared and then shipped from our warehouse. Please note that this process may take longer, depending on the payment method chosen, during the period of winter and summer sales, and during the holidays (Christmas, Easter) when the shipment of orders can take 72 hours.

The costs of shipping the returned goods as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal are entirely the responsibility of the user.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER DOES NOT FIND ME IN THE PLACE SPECIFIED FOR DELIVERY?
If you are absent from the place specified for delivery, the courier will leave a coupon in your mailbox or near your intercom; in the coupon the courier will be notified and you will be provided with the telephone number to contact to coordinate the return. In addition, a text message will be sent to the mobile phone number you indicated during the purchase, with which you will be informed about when the courier has passed and which number to call to arrange the return. The number indicated to us will only be used for delivery purposes and will not be used for commercial purposes at all.
If delivery attempts fail, the goods will be stored at the Bartolini depots and you will need to contact our customer service to provide the information needed to release the stock. If you do not reply within three days of receipt of the communication, the goods will return to our warehouses and the amount of the goods purchased will be credited back to you.
WILL I BE CONTACTED BY THE COURIER BEFORE DELIVERY?
As a rule the courier does not make preventive phone calls and does not handle requests for delivery at particular times.
